These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pkok.cam and all related services. The following summary highlights six of the most important rules. The full terms in the sections below are legally binding and the summary does not replace them.

2. Eligibility and Player Requirements

To register and use pkok, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. pkok reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing wagers on pkok.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, a corporate entity or a third party is not permitted.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director or officer of pkok or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes at any time.
• You must not be accessing pkok from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of gambling activity in your jurisdiction before registering.

pkok operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Any player found to hold multiple accounts will have all associated accounts permanently closed and all balances and pending withdrawals forfeited. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact pkok support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pkok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pkok supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. It is your responsibility to ensure that any mobile wallet account used for transactions is registered in your own name and matches the name on your pkok account.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your pkok account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. pkok charges no fees on deposits. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single-deposit limit imposed by pkok, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a different person — are not accepted and will be returned where possible, or held pending KYC verification.
• pkok reserves the right to reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering or bonus abuse. In such cases the funds will be returned to the originating payment method and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Deposits made to your pkok account may only be used for gameplay on pkok.cam. Deposited funds may not be transferred to another player's account.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet that was used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. pkok charges no fees on withdrawals. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes of the request being approved. During periods of high demand or scheduled maintenance, processing may take up to 4 hours.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts or where account information has been recently updated.
• Bonus funds and wagering-requirement balances are not withdrawable until all applicable rollover conditions have been met in full. Only real-money balances that are free of any wagering requirement may be withdrawn.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

Your use of pkok must at all times be for lawful recreational purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkok platform and constitutes a material breach of these terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets or gain any advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, share hole cards in poker, or otherwise manipulate the result of any game or sporting event.
• Using the platform for any money-laundering activity, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means or cycling deposits and withdrawals without genuine gameplay.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a known or suspected technical error are void and must be returned to pkok.
• Registering more than one account, sharing account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
• Making any false, misleading or defamatory statement about pkok, its employees or its services in any public forum, review platform or social media channel.

pkok employs real-time fraud detection and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, pkok reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all bets and bonuses placed during the period of suspected misconduct, withhold all pending withdrawals pending investigation and, where evidence supports it, permanently close the account and report the matter to relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

pkok may suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited conduct, underage play or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by pkok.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, bonus abuse or any other activity that may be harmful to pkok or other players.
• A request by a competent authority, law enforcement body or regulatory agency requiring the account to be suspended or closed.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus balances and balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. pkok will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension or closure where such action was taken in response to a breach of these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the pkok platform, regardless of the legal theory on which such claim is based.

pkok's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all claims in aggregate, not per claim.

12. Responsible Gaming

pkok is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at all times, free of charge, via the account settings:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount. Once set, a limit can be decreased immediately but can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum loss amount. The same cooling-off restriction applies for increases.
• Session time reminders: set an alert that notifies you when you have been playing for a specified duration, so you can make an informed decision about whether to continue.
• Self-exclusion: temporarily suspend your own account for a period of between 24 hours and 5 years, or apply a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and pkok will not send any promotional communications to a self-excluded player for the duration of the exclusion.

All pkok players must be 21 years of age or older. If you are aware of an underage person attempting to access pkok, please report it to pkok support immediately.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and pkok arising from your use of the platform, you are encouraged to contact pkok support in the first instance so that the matter may be resolved informally and efficiently. pkok will respond to all formally lodged complaints within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before resorting to any formal legal process. Nothing in this clause limits pkok's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.
